1. Each person will complete the Confidential Intake forms.
2. Please email or fax the completed intake form to ck@dev.christinekimmediation.com
3. Please review the Mediation Agreement. We will have you sign a full copy of the agreement when you come in for your intake meeting.
4. Once the mediator has the intake form, she will contact each party to set up a confidential intake meeting.  Often the lawyers do not attend this meeting, but they are welcome to. The intake meeting is an important part of the mediation process. It helps us ensure that the case is appropriate for mediation, and also helps you and us know if any steps need to be taken before we can have a productive and effective mediation. This meeting lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
